I’ve worked with Sara Kestelman, Edward Petherbridge, Maureen Lipman, Jack Klaff, Joseph Millsom, Brian Poyser, Susan Porrett, Colin Tierney, Peter Barkworth, Peter Hugo-Daly, Des McAleer, Zena Walker, Robert Bathurst, Simon Cadell, Mark Wynter, Peter Bourke, Jane How, Ronnie Stevens, John Michie.

I continued to work as an actor after we had our first child. After our second one, I was invited to direct Shakespeare and Chekhov plays at Rose Bruford College on the BA Hons Acting course, and I worked there for the next five years.

Director and teacher

I was co-founder, writer, director and producer for a music-based, surreal, immersive street theatre company.

I was invited to direct musicals at BA level alongside some highly experienced musical directors.

Currently I’m a freelance director and teacher at Rose Bruford College FACT.

Storytelling

Why and how human beings behave as they do, and telling their stories, continues to fascinate and absorb me.
